What was the moment you realized this had to exist — was there a specific trigger, or was it a slow realization?
What personal experience, if any, led you here?
Who or what did you see that made you think "someone should fix this"?
Why you? Why were you the person who ended up doing something about it?
What were you doing before this, and what did that teach you that you're using now?
Did you try to talk yourself out of it? What almost stopped you from starting?
Was there a "before" version of this idea that looked different from what it is today?

How will what you're doing make the world better?
Who is better off because this exists, specifically?
If this works exactly as you hope, what does the world look like in 10 years that it doesn't look like today?
What's the problem underneath the problem — the root cause you're actually trying to address?
How do you know this is a real problem and not one you've assumed matters more than it does?
